At Secret Make-Up UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected for transit, and include the Return Authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
