How long does shipping take within the UK?

Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. We also offer an Express Delivery option which guarantees arrival within 1-2 business days if ordered before 2 PM.

Are your beauty products cruelty-free?

Yes, at Secret Make-Up UK, we are committed to ethical beauty. All of our own-brand products and the majority of our partner brands are 100% cruelty-free.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on makeup products that have been opened or tested.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link and a unique reference number to monitor your delivery via our courier's website.

Which payment methods do you accept?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
